Day 15...Weigh-In!!!

So I feel like a missed a few days somewhere...anyway

Weigh-In - 157.8 Down 1.8 lbs

I'll take it. I've been very sluffy(is that a word?lol) because of this cold. It's hard to workout out when you can't breath. This week will be much better.

Donovan was down 2.2 lbs. So proud. He did really good sticking to diet and working out 3X this week. Plus a birthday party where he went swimming...only ate half of his slice of cake and only 2 pieces of pizza. He said he had a lots a fruit though. lol...poor kid...lol

I do think we are going to switch weigh in days though to Friday. Then we can have a higher cal supper on Saturdays and not worry so much. I thought it was a way of keeping me honest through the weekend, but my body and head do that for me. So Friday's from now on:)

Day 9,10, 11, 12 and 13...

I think the days are disappearing on me...yikes...

Not doing to well with writing everyday but I am tracking everyday.


I've also been really good keeping to my workout program. Except yesterday. On Thursday night a full blown cold rolled in out of no where. One minute I was feeling fine the next horrible. Stuffy nose, runny eyes...and a sore throat. Well I woke up feeling just as bad and I had a sore tummy:( It's always something...or at least it feels that way...

Feeling a little better today...hubby took the kids bowling so I could get a little piece....And a nice hot bath...

So I'm off for a day of trying to get everything back on track;)

Day 8....

Feeling much better...

Weigh in was yesterday and I lost 7.6 lbs. I almost had a heart attack. I know it's my workouts because my eating hasn't changed a ton. I have cut back on the protein and of course my carbs are up but wow what a change.

I also lost 5.75 inches.

Day 7 was Fire 45 EZ again and stretch10.
I wouldn't say fire 45 is EZ at all, but it is a great workout. I find I'm sweating before the warm ups over. By the end I'm finding it hard to keep up...lol

Day 8 is Stretch 40 but I think I may just throw in the Lower20...

Have started my son on a bit of a cut back of calories too...He was diagnosed with Aspergers 4 years ago and put on anti-psychotics to help him. Of course they make him gain weight. So with the Aspergers comes the very tight muscles. Which we do stretches and yoga to help. But it's a chore to get him to do cardio. We weighed in together yesterday and hit 190lbs. He's 12 years old...granted he is about 5'6" maybe 5'7". He was allowed a cushion of 30-40 lbs because of the meds. I haven't weighed him in for a while. So he needs to take off about 20-30 lbs. Yikes. emoticon

I really hate winter. It's a hard time to get motivated. He loves his electronics and reading. He sits on his butt for both. We have him on the stationary bike for 45 min -- 3 X a week but it looks like we have to change a few things...

Day 6...

Well it took a lot to even get up today...was feeling a little off yesterday but today IT'S HEERREEE...:( I've got a cold...it is so hard to workout when you have a cold, never mind figuring out were your going to find the energy...

It's only stretch 40 today so not too bad...

Finally getting in my calorie range. Am finding it hard. Had to add in some popcorn last night to get into my range. Am finding most of days are like that. I know it's because I'm not a big eater during the day. Heaven forbid if I had to cook for lunch...will never happen...lol Unless I can just zap it in the micro. I do soup a lot. Which is fine...or protein shakes...Yum...sometimes I go back to my old standby of multigrain cheerios...double yum. Yogurt with fruit. As long as there is no cooking involved I'll eat it. lol

Anyway...yesterday was good...lots of running around...dropping off kids, picking up kids, soccer registration, and a sleepover. It gets a little crazy when hubbies out of town. He's back for today then in Calgary tomorrow...then back!!!

It's been like this for a few weeks but were almost though it...yay

Took the kids to the circus on Friday night...it was AWESOME!!! I was shocked...last year was alright the year before was awful...so let's just say I was AWWWWW'ed...LOL

Family over for a BBQ tonight and that is it...

OH...tomorrow morning is weigh in for week 1...I'm scared...;P

Day 4...

So day 3 was a rest day...which I didn't like having 3 days into a new program but I rested...as much as I could with 4 kids, 2 activities to get them too and then grocery shopping in between...lol

Day 4...Tone 30

I have to say it kicked my ass a bit. My arms are killing me. Should make for an interesting day. I might through in my yoga with the kids later, but that's my day.

Supper tonight is Chunky chicken and rice soup and a salad...I think. Still debating on maybe having Mexican Black bean and rice tortilla's which I've been craving...hmmmmm

Will have to stew on that. I sure wish there was more time in day. I seem to get caught up on everything and I wake up and start 10 steps back again...why is that?

That's today...I'll see you tomorrow...I normally do my weigh-ins on Friday mornings but I don't know. Every time I do I seem to have a crappy eating weekend because I know I have 5 days to work it off, but then it's a yo yo thing. Spending the week working off my weekend. Was thinking of pushing it to Monday morning.

Will stew on that too unless anyone has any ideas that might help:) Always appreciated!!!

TurboFire...

So I'm having a real tough time sticking to Low Carb...

I've decided that watching everything and being able to have a little more carbs will make all of this easier...I hope.

So I started TurboFire from Beachbody today. Today was day 1. Burned 515 calories alone. Sweated up a storm...lol

Also went back to my Basic Yoga tape...love it:)

My knees are quite sore but I really enjoyed it. Always do enjoy Chalene. She makes you feel good and wants you to push yourself. So much energy.

I ate no where near what I should have. It's like your trying to to eat healthy and cut back a little. Which ends up being that I cut back a lot and working out always tends to supress my appetite. I thought I had ate so much more then I actually did.

Well tomorrow's another day to do better...
