It seems to be getting harder and harder to stick to my diet. I try so hard and then my willpower just goes up in smoke.
So anyway…I’m not doing a weigh-in again today. Probably sitting about 3 or 4 pounds up.

Maybe if I keep telling myself that it will become so…if that isn’t the biggest crock of sh**. I have to say that I’m really good at the bull. It’s everything else I seem to have problems with.
