I thought it was about time I returned....probably not everyday but when I can. I went back to a low carb diet which I was on 5 years ago. Had lost around 50 pnds and was eating anything and everything in moderation. I got pregnant and all went south.
Anyways...I tried to back about a year ago and lost nothing in 2 weeks so I gave up. I decided to go back and try for a week. Well I lost 8 pnds the first week. and another 7 in week 2. So I'm going to stick with it. I have my cheat day so I'm not missing anything and I've started incorporating my family into some of my meals so I don't have to cook 2 separate meals.
Things are going good, summer was great. It was getting cold here but warmed back up. today is windy...really windy. My 4 year old has started kindergarten...full day. Never thought she would go for full days but off she went. No problems...
