So weigh-in was not what I was expecting or hoping for. Down 0.6 of a lb. Well yippee doo. I was so good this week...no cheating. 3 workouts, an hour each. that's 1500 calories alone. I guess a loss is a loss...it drives me crazy that hubby can lose 6 lbs and I lose .6. What's with that? Grrrrrrrr...
OK...whining done. Family dance at my kids school tonight. That should be fun...
I think next week I'm going to try cutting a few carbs...at least with supper. During the day I don't really eat many so it's just supper I will have to work on. We are also going to pick up an elliptical next week...I'm looking forward to that. So I guess we'll wait and see what next week brings:)
I'm a little sad that all the shows are coming to an end for the season. What am I supposed to watch while I'm working out?
I am pissed that Numb3rs has been cancelled...also Miami Medical. I was really liking that!!!
