Well the week went good....BUT then the weekend hit. Football game on Friday. Poker night on Saturday then Summerslam on Sunday. Too much to eat...too much to drink.
Now I'm terrified to step on that scale again. I was down 3 lbs as of last Wednesday but I know just by looking that I'm back up. Next weekend is nothing so I should have 2 good weeks with nothing to throw me off track. It's always so hard to just get back at it. I know I can do this. I just feel a little deflated lately. No willpower to think of...so I'm trying hard to dig it out!!!
